Can You Detail At My Home, Office or Apartment?

Yes we can! All we need is access to electricity and water. We carry extention cords for water and electricity as long as 100 feet so its easy for us to access power. If you do not have access to these resources, contact us at 940-217-5915 and we can arrange for either drop-off or for our dedicated fully-mobile rig to arrive at your location.

What If I Don't Have Access To Water or Electricity?

If you don’t have access to water or electricity, we’ve got you covered. Contact us at 940-217-5915 to schedule an appointment at our shop or for our fully-mobile rig to arrive at your location.

Cancellations And Refunds

If you cancel before 48 hours you will not have to pay the cancelation fee.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking, you will be charged a $40 cancellation fee to make up for the lost income during the booked time slot.

Is There A Rescheduling Fee?

We do not charge for rescheduling as long as it is done before 48 hours of your original booking. Please see our Cancellation & Refund FAQ above for further information. Cancelations made within 48 hours of booking appointment will be charged $40 to make up for the lost time slot.

Is Tipping Normal? If So How Much?

Yes tipping is normal in the industry. However there is no suggested amount or percentage, whatever feels good to you. Any amount is appreciated by your Car Care Specialist.

What If I’m Not Satisfied With My Detail?

We guarantee 100% satisfaction with our service. If you are not happy with the service for any reason please call us immediately for further instructions. A re-scheduled clean must be made within 24 hours of the original appointment.

Can I Trust Your Detailers? Are They Background Checked?

You sure can! With  70+ 5 star reviews and climbing, our detailers being federally and state wide background checked. We vet the best, and get rid of the rest.

Are Your Prices Negotiable?

Simply put--no. Our rates are calculated by the information you provide on our booking page. We provide some of the best value for the price in the industry.

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept cash and all major credit & debit card holders.
